Rébecca Konforti propose de questionner nos rapports à la nature et à l’architecture sous la forme d’une carte mentale, puis d’un dessin.
Comment passer de l’idée à sa représentation ? Comment composer un espace pour accueillir cette représentation ?
En noir et blanc et en couleur, les participants déploient leur imaginaire et explorent les potentialités du dessin à faire cohabiter le réel et la fiction, voire la science-fiction.

Rébecca Konforti est une artiste contemporaine basée à Sète. Son travail est visible aussi bien dans des expositions que dans l’espace public, en France ou à l’étranger. Ses médiums de prédilections sont la peinture murale, le dessin, la gravure, l’écriture et l’installation.
Elle joue avec le visible, l’architecture et la perspective, mais aussi le montage d’images pour décloisonner les espaces et brouiller les frontières du réel.

Rébecca Konforti questions our relationship with nature and architecture through a mind map, then a drawing.
How does one move from an idea to its representation? How does one create a space to contain that representation?
In black and white and in colour, participants give free rein to their imaginations, exploring ways in which drawing can make reality live alongside fiction, even science fiction.

Rébecca Konforti is a contemporary artist based in Sète. Her work can be seen in exhibitions as well as in public space, in France and abroad. Her favourite mediums are mural painting, drawing, engraving, writing and installation. She plays with visibility, architecture and perspective, as well as with image montage, to decompartmentalise spaces and blur the boundaries of reality.
