The Crac is offering a sensory tour for blind and partially sighted people.
Step aboard a train carriage, experiment with the workings of a moving panorama, listen to stories about famous artists, and separate fact from fiction: the mediation team invites you to enjoy all of these experiences during a sensory tour of Lucy McKenzie’s exhibition.
The works are accessed through multiple forms of transmission: exchanges that mix the verbal (detailed oral description) with the sensory (hearing, touch, smell, taste), not to mention the bodily apprehension of space. This tour is part of the Crac Occitanie’s mission to foster accessibility for all members of the public.
