[fr]Cet atelier autour du langage gestuel et du théâtre visuel est proposé par Manon Cappato, artiste protéiforme et Carlos Carreras, performeur chansigneur.

Comment décrire avec son corps l’air ou le feu, sans même prononcer un mot ?
Peut-on même exprimer son côté « tête en l’air » ou sa personnalité « tout feu tout flamme » ?
Durant cet atelier, jeux de mime, signes ou encore gestes permettent aux
personnes entendantes, malentendantes et sourdes d’explorer un langage poétique commun, hors de l’oralité.
Les deux artistes, familiers du langage gestuel et de la Langue des Signes Française, vous invitent à décloisonner les pratiques artistiques et à dépasser les barrières entre communautés.

How can your body describe air or water, without uttering a single word ? Could it even express your scatter-brained side, or your bubbly personality ?

During this workshop, mime games, signs and gestures enable hearing, hard-of-hearing and Deaf people to explore a common poetic language beyond orality.

The two artists, who are familiar with gestural language and French Sign Language, invite you to decompartmentalise artistic practices and cross barriers between communities.
