Practical information

Admission to the exhibitions and all cultural activities are free of charge.

Opening times:
Open weekdays from 12.30 p.m. to 7 p.m.,
except on Tuesdays
and on the weekend from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Annual closures: 1st of May, 25th of December and 1st of January

- Accessibility:

All of the art centre’s spaces are wheelchair accessible.
There is a disabled parking space located close to the art centre entrance.

Don’t hesitate to ask for:

  • sustainable visitor guidebooks, available in two formats: paper (to be returned to reception at the end of your visit) or digital (to be downloaded on a smartphone),
  • notebooks and visit games for children,
  • braille booklets and large-font guides, in paper format, to be returned to reception at the end of your visit.

Wi-Fi is available in the reception hall (free registration required through an authentication portal).

Public toilets are available in the entrance hall.

For the purpose of conserving the works, the spaces are air-conditioned.

Come visit the contemporary art centre, located near the very centre of the city of Sète!
On foot:
6 minutes (450m) from the city hall (Mairie de Sète)
10 minutes (850m) from the MIAM, Musée International des Arts Modestes
12 minutes (1100m) from the Médiathèque François Mitterrand
20 minutes (1600m) from the Sète train station (SNCF)

By bicycle:
Cycle parking spaces are available on the forecourt of the art centre.

By public transport:
SAM (Sète Agglopôle Mobilité) bus lines 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 915 stop near the Crac Occitanie.
Closest stops: "Savonnerie", "Sète - Passage du Dauphin" et "Quai d’Alger".

By car:
Most of Quai Aspirant Herber is classed as an Orange Zone for motor vehicles.
Two car parks are located within a short walking distance: Parking du Canal (payment required – access via Quai Général Durand) and Parking Quai d’Alger (free of charge, 2 hours maximum).

By train:
Sète is 15 minutes by train from Montpellier, 2 hours from Toulouse or Marseille, 3.30 hours from Paris.

By plane:
The nearest airport is in Montpellier.
